Interium Meeting

Today we had feedback from Design Group. They looked at are work and gave feedback. It was really helpful and in some way very over whelming. It was discussed the possibility of me changing the outcome to the cards. To create a selection of cards with the same theme. I cam from my thought that I seem to be designing with ideas that seem more appropriate for the card collection.

It was also an idea to start drawing more of the same motifs, to draw more carrots and more types of the same vegetables. To have more of a variety of idea, and more stuff to play with.

It was an idea of using the cards as a way of telling a story. Using the frog for example, which is shown in every card somewhere. Iv thought of using the frog in a way of it jumping from crad to crad, one card hes sat,and jumping through them.

It was suggested to change my moodboard, the competitors board doesn’t give the right type of designer I am. So doesnt give the more illustrative drawings that I’m creating. Also the unnecessary white in my moodbards needs to change. Th images need to be larger so they need to arranged in a way that covers or doesnt show that much white.

My idea from my designs was that one embroidery motif was taken off the card or gift wrap, which could be used to be ironed onto something they wanted. Which then gave me the idea from the interim that maybe their could be different motifs which comes off, as a way for someone to collect all the motifs from the collection.
