Day at Roath Park

Today we spent the morning at Roath park, a beautifully woodland area in  Cardiff. We meet Professor Richard at the conservatory, who was a retired teacher, who concentrates on graphic blending on Photoshop. We spend the morning in the park, taking pictures and doing some sketches from things that interest us. It was beautiful day for us to take a stroll around the park and get inspiration and gather some pictures.

In the afternoon we meet back at the University, were Richard  were we had our first experience on Photoshop. He showed us all the word he does and the apps he’s creating one being ‘mollypic’. He was really enthusiastic about what he does which was great. We used our own stetted from the morning, which we edited with other images, mostly images from microscopes which Richard had made and sent for us to use. First i had problems as my scanned image wasn’t to the best quality, so i did it again and it worked much better.
